At the five expertise centers of Kempenhaeghe, care and services for the patient, client, and student are central. The five centers work closely together.
The TriO department (Research, Development, and Education) coordinates research and innovation. The operational departments support all five centers and the entire organization.
To ensure that all stakeholders are maximally involved, Kempenhaeghe has various councils in which professional and other groups are represented. These include the Client Council, Medical Specialists in Employment Association, Nursing Advisory Council, Works Council, and Participation Council.
